PURA UTZ is a dansish guetemalan based “empowerment project created by Anna Andres and bernabela, and their team of more then 50 guatemalan women weavers.PURA UTZ means pure quality, pure good and all productis are produced to honour and to create a sustainable income for the women weavers. PURA UTZ create pieces that are playful, modern and relevant for the internatioal market while at the same time honouring the Mayan weaving tradition.
